Scientists at Oxygen Biotech have 10,000 studies and papers at hand. They read through them daily to find information relevant to drug development.
Today, thanks to their own AI tool, they easily find the passages that concern their research. The system runs locally, on their own data only. It doesn’t make things up and it saves precious researcher time.
Imagine processing 600,000 property listings around the world. Photos, descriptions, tags.
At Supa24 this is handled by in-house AI models. We found a solution with a minimal cost per listing. They process millions of photos a month and save Supa24 money.

About
I work in artificial intelligence as AI Director for mid-sized companies, where I lead AI transformation, development and applied research. With several teams we build specialized solutions for the global market: from pharmaceutical projects and intelligent tools for working with scientific data to custom AI models, for example for large-scale real estate systems.
I founded the non-commercial platform ČERNÁ.AI under Černá kostka, a public contributory organisation. We develop innovation, education and international collaboration in AI in the Moravian-Silesian Region and across the Czech Republic. We connect developers, research institutions, the public sector and Czech changemakers. The goal of ČERNÁ.AI is know-how transfer and AI development. I also grow the AI developers MSK and AI drivers communities.
I hold an engineering degree (Ing.) from the Pan-European University (2024), with a thesis on AI and business models. In 2025 I was named AI Personality, Discovery of the Year.

I know what AI can build and what pays off for a company. I’ve spent years in IT development and innovation, and I make sure AI makes sense in a company both technically and economically. I lead AI development projects from idea to deployment and help companies get AI from prototype to production, safely and with measurable ROI. AI adoption takes many shapes: some need a consultation, some a multi-day training, some want me to lead their AI Drivers, others want me to run AI development.
I guide small companies through their first AI steps as an external AI director: I find the first AI drivers inside the company, the people who become the link between the company and me, hand them the know-how, and assemble a tailored development team for harder tasks. In mid-size and large companies I lead safe AI development on the platform we built with our colleagues at Impacteo. It usually starts with a one-hour consultation that leaves you with a list of concrete next steps.
Yes. In the private sector I lead AI development and acceleration in companies under my own business and serve as AI Director at Webvalley AI. In the public sector I help build AI communities and know-how transfer at Černá kostka, the new building of the Moravian-Silesian Research Library, where I lead the ČERNÁ.AI platform.
